3. Athletes Under 18
Services are available to minor athletes, but minors may not independently purchase services or complete online booking and intake forms.
For an athlete under 18:
-
A parent or legal guardian must purchase and book the service.
-
A parent or legal guardian must complete required online forms and provide information on the athlete’s behalf.
-
A parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms.
-
A parent or legal guardian must be present during all virtual consultations involving the minor athlete.
For athletes under 13, all online interaction involving booking, purchasing, forms, intake information, and submission of personal information must be handled by a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to postpone or terminate a consultation involving a minor if a parent or legal guardian is not present.
4. Client Responsibilities
The quality and usefulness of advisory services depend in part on the accuracy and completeness of information provided.
Clients agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information regarding the athlete’s background, goals, experience, circumstances, and other information relevant to the service.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions regarding whether and how to implement recommendations.
You agree not to misrepresent an athlete’s identity, age, academic standing, athletic accomplishments, recruiting status, or other material information.
5. Payment
Payment is due according to the price and payment terms displayed when the service is purchased.
Payments may be processed through Wix and third-party payment providers made available through the Website.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Applicable cancellation and refund rights are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling
For the Basketball Athlete Blueprint, a client may be eligible for a full refund when:
-
The cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled 90-minute consultation; and
-
Professional review, evaluation, or preparation of the athlete’s materials has not yet begun.
Once professional review, evaluation, or preparation has begun, the Basketball Athlete Blueprint is non-refundable, even if the scheduled consultation is more than 24 hours away.
If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation, the payment is non-refundable. The consultation may be rescheduled subject to availability.
A consultation may be rescheduled without an additional fee when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Whether a missed appointment may be rescheduled is at our discretion.
Additional details appear in the Website's Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Follow-Up Consultation
The 30-minute follow-up consultation included with the Basketball Athlete Blueprint must be completed within 30 days of the initial 90-minute consultation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending the follow-up consultation within the applicable period.
Failure to schedule or use the follow-up consultation within the applicable period does not create a right to a partial refund, credit, or cash equivalent.

Virtual consultations may be conducted through Google Meet or another video-conferencing service.
Clients are responsible for having suitable internet access, compatible equipment, and an appropriate environment for participating in the consultation.
Technical difficulties should be communicated as soon as reasonably possible. We may reschedule a consultation when significant technical problems prevent the service from being reasonably completed.

Clients and participants are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately during consultations and other communications.
We reserve the right to end or refuse service because of threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, fraudulent, or otherwise seriously inappropriate conduct.
