This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to services purchased through KevinAgee.com.

 

Because certain services involve professional review, preparation, and customized work performed before a scheduled consultation, refund eligibility depends on both the timing of the cancellation and whether work has begun.

 

1. Basketball Athlete Blueprint

 

The Basketball Athlete Blueprint includes a pre-assessment, professional review and preparation, a 90-minute virtual consultation, a personalized written Blueprint, a 90-Day Action Plan, and a 30-minute follow-up consultation.

 

Full Refund Eligibility

 

A client may cancel the Basketball Athlete Blueprint and receive a full refund only when both of the following conditions are met:

• The cancellation request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled 90-minute consultation; and

• Professional review, evaluation, or preparation of the athlete's submitted information and materials has not begun.

 

2. Once Professional Review or Preparation Begins

 

Once Kevin Agee begins reviewing, evaluating, or preparing based on the information or materials submitted for the Basketball Athlete Blueprint, the service has begun and the purchase becomes non-refundable.

 

This applies even when the scheduled 90-minute consultation is more than 24 hours away.

 

3. Cancellations Within 24 Hours

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled 90-minute consultation are non-refundable.

 

The client may reschedule the consultation, subject to availability.

 

4. Rescheduling

 

Clients may reschedule the 90-minute consultation without an additional fee when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

 

Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

 

Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.

 

Whether a late cancellation or no-show may be rescheduled is at the discretion of Kevin Agee.

 

6. Personalized Blueprint and 90-Day Action Plan

 

The personalized written Basketball Athlete Blueprint and 90-Day Action Plan are part of the purchased service and are provided following the 90-minute consultation.

 

Once professional review and preparation have begun, cancellation of a consultation does not create a right to a refund for work already performed or being performed as part of the package.

 

7. 30-Minute Follow-Up Consultation

 

The Basketball Athlete Blueprint includes one 30-minute follow-up consultation.

 

The follow-up consultation must be used within 30 days of the initial 90-minute consultation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Failure to schedule or attend the follow-up consultation within the applicable period does not entitle the client to a partial refund, credit, or cash equivalent.

 

8. Cancellation by Kevin Agee

 

If Kevin Agee must cancel a scheduled consultation, the client will be offered an opportunity to reschedule.

 

If Kevin Agee is unable to complete the purchased service, an appropriate refund will be provided based on the portion of the service that has already been completed.

 

If substantive services have not begun, the client may receive a full refund.

 

9. Technical Issues

 

If significant technical difficulties prevent a virtual consultation from being reasonably completed, the consultation may be rescheduled without an additional fee.

 

10. Refund Requests

 

Cancellation and refund requests should be submitted through the Contact page at KevinAgee.com.

 

Please include the name and email address used when booking so the purchase can be identified.

 

Approved refunds will be returned through the applicable payment method or payment processor when reasonably practicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

 

11. Policy Agreement

 

By purchasing a service through KevinAgee.com, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Website's Terms & Conditions.
