Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors and payment methods made available through the Wix platform, such as credit/debit card processing, Apple Pay, PayPal, or other available payment options.
We do not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information. Payment information may instead be collected and processed directly by the applicable payment processor according to that provider's privacy and security practices.
4. Information About Minor Athletes
Our services may involve athletes under the age of 18.
A parent or legal guardian must book services, complete online forms, and provide personal information on behalf of an athlete under 18.
Minors should not independently submit personal information through KevinAgee.com.
When a parent or legal guardian purchases services for a minor athlete, we may collect information about that athlete that is reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, including the athlete's name, date of birth, graduation year, basketball background, goals, challenges, development needs, and other information supplied by the parent or guardian.
A parent or legal guardian must be present for all virtual consultations involving a minor athlete.
Children Under 13
KevinAgee.com does not intend to collect personal information online directly from children under 13.
For athletes under 13, all booking, purchasing, forms, intake information, and other online submissions must be completed by a parent or legal guardian on the child's behalf.
If we learn that personal information has been submitted directly by a child under 13 rather than by the child's parent or legal guardian, we may delete that information and request that the parent or guardian submit the necessary information instead.
Parents and legal guardians may contact us regarding personal information maintained about their child and may request that applicable information be reviewed, corrected, or deleted, subject to legal and legitimate business recordkeeping requirements.
The FTC explains that COPPA generally governs information collected online from children under 13; information about children submitted online by parents or other adults is treated differently. Federal Trade Commission
